製品情報
ハイフィデリティー（HF）制限酵素はrCutSmartバッファー中で100%の活性を有する。単一バッファーの簡便性により、より簡単で合理的なサンプル処理が可能となる。HF酵素はスター活性を極限まで低減する。HF酵素はTime-Saverのすべての要件を満たしており、基質DNAを5～15分間で切断可能である。さらに、非特異的切断を生じることなくオーバーナイト反応で切断することも可能である。HF制限酵素は、パフォーマンスを念頭にデザインされており、広範な条件下で完全な活性を示し、スター活性を最小限に抑え、実験デザインに柔軟性をもたらす。
