    • This reaction buffer and supplement are free of detectable nucleases.

    Notes

    1. Reaction Conditions:
      At a 1X concentration the reaction buffer contains 2 mM MgCl2 and assures optimal activity for Q5 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase and Q5 Hot Start High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase.
