Features

• This endo-beta-galactosidase (endo-b-galactosidase) enzyme from F. keratolyticus exhibits broader substrate specificity and higher catalytic efficiency compared to others from E. freundii and B. fragilis.
• The enzyme is active in a wide range of pH conditions (pH 3.5 to pH 9.0).
• The enzyme works at 37°C and below.

This enzyme is ideal for:

• Removal of poly-N-acetyllactosamine in glycoproteins and glycolipids.
• Structural and functional analysis of poly-N-acetyllactosamine in glycoconjugates.
