  • Monarch Spin Columns S3B and Tubes are engineered and uniquely optimized for high-capacity RNA cleanup and purification. The columns are designed to minimize buffer retention and reduce the risk of carryover contaminants, enabling efficient recovery of highly pure RNA. Low elution volumes are achieved even at high RNA input levels, enabling recovery of concentrated RNA for multiple downstream applications. These spin columns are compatible with microcentrifuges, supporting benchtop workflows, without the need for additional equipment and instruments such as FPLC/HPLC. 

    Other Monarch columns for RNA Cleanup are also available for 10 µg (NEB #T2037), 50 µg (NEB #T2047) and 500 µg (NEB #T2057) binding capacities.
