FAQ: Are Monarch® Spin Columns S3B (NEB #T2067) compatible with vacuum manifolds?
It is not recommended to use a vacuum manifold with the high-capacity Monarch Spin Columns S3B due to potential clogging of the membrane layer with the high input amount of RNA (up to 3 mg). These columns are compatible with centrifugation.
