Nucleotide Solutions for RNA
NEB offers a variety of nucleotide solutions for RNA synthesis, including modified nucleotides, nucleotide solution sets, and mixes. These nucleotides are ultrapure (>95%)and supplied in sodium salt form.
Complete substitution of canonical nucleotides with certain base-modified nucleotides can be used with our HiScribe Kits that are supplied with individual NTPs (NEB #E2040, E2070, E2080), whereas only partial substitutions are possible with HiScribe kits containing premixed NTPs (NEB #E2050, E2060, E2065).
