  • Nucleic acid extraction and purification applications require optimal magnetization to ensure fast and complete separation of nucleic acid-bound beads from impurities in the supernatant. The strong magnetic field combined with the ideal placement of the magnet enables bead separation on the back wall of the tube, allowing for easy access of different tip sizes for aspiration steps without disturbing the bead pellet.
