No, the 50 ml Magnetic Separation Rack (NEB #S1507) is not recommended for use with the Monarch Mag Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) Extraction Kit (NEB #T4070) and the Monarch Mag Cell-free RNA (cfRNA) Extraction Kit (NEB #T4080), as its design is not compatible with cfDNA and cfRNA applications. For cell-free nucleic acid isolation, we recommend using the 6 x 50 ml Magnetic Separation Rack (NEB #T5010).
