Product Information
Monarch Spin Columns S2D and Tubes have been designed and assembled to deliver high performance for nucleic acid purification and concentration. These columns are designed without an O-ring, eliminating buffer retention and the risk of salt carry-over contamination, resulting in highly pure nucleic acid. The tapered column design allows elution volumes as low as 30 μl for highly concentrated nucleic acid suitable for various downstream applications. Additionally, Monarch spin columns are designed with sustainability in mind, using less plastic than conventional columns without compromising performance. These columns are compatible with centrifugation and vacuum manifold protocols and are supplied with collection tubes.
