Designed for researchers seeking greater control over cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS), these pre-configured kits feature specific components of the PURExpress system selectively omitted, giving you the freedom to experiment with your own additions or modifications. Each kit is built to order with a defined configuration, making it easier to select the right solution for your needs without starting from scratch.
Interested in a PURExpress Master Mix containing everything you need in 1 tube? We can do that too. This formulation is perfect for enabling automated workflows and can be ordered with or without Disulfide Bond Enhancer or Murine RNase Inhibitor.
