    Quality Control

    Quality Assurance Statement

    • In an ELISA assay, a dilution of 1/1,000 gives a signal of at least 20% of the maximum signal using high concentrations of antibody. The same dilution gives a strong signal when used to detect chitin-binding domain fusion protein in Western blots developed with the Phototope-HRP Western Blot Detection System (Cell Signaling Technology). This antibody does not cross-react with other E. coli proteins.
