1. For use in the PreCR Repair Mix, NAD⁺ should be diluted 1:100 to a final concentration of 500 μM. NAD⁺ solution should be stored at -20°C, and the user should avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For storage longer than 30 days, store at -80°C.

Quality Control tests are performed on each new lot of NEB product to meet the specifications designated for it.
