TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT
ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase is necessary to enroll in the NEBInsider program. This program is
open only to life science professionals 21 years or older who reside in the
United States (“US”). Healthcare professionals may not participate in this program.
New England Biolabs, Inc. (“NEB”) employees, contractors, officers, agents, or
any family member of such may not participate in this program. Eligible
participants (“Participant(s)”) must register on the neb.com website and
complete the required form to enroll in the program and to receive
any Enrollment Item.
By registering for enrollment, Participant represents that Participant is not
prohibited by law, regulation, contract, policy, or
employment from enrolling in the program or from receiving
any Enrollment Item from NEB. Any discounts or promotions received as a
program Participant cannot be combined with any other NEB discounts or
promotions. Participation void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by
federal, state, provincial, local law or regulation or agency/institutional
policy. Other restrictions may apply. Determination of Participant enrollment
eligibility and validity is at NEB’s’ sole discretion.
ENROLLMENT:
Participant will receive invitations to participate in various surveys related
to NEB’s products, services and marketing campaigns, and other NEB product,
service and marketing information.
ENROLLMENT ITEM: Each Participant will receive one Enrollment Item, value
estimated at $10 USD (“Enrollment Item”) upon successful enrollment. At
NEB’s discretion, NEB may choose, from time to time, to provide
Participant with additional Enrollment Items and to enter Participant into
drawings for the opportunity to receive an Enrollment Item.
UNENROLLMENT:
Participant may unenroll in the program at any time by contacting info@neb.com.
OTHER TERMS & DISCLAIMERS: NEB reserves the right, at its sole discretion
and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change
will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. NEB reserves the
right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to terminate the program. IN NO
EVENT SHALL NEB BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR UNDER
ANY STATUTE OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,
MULTIPLE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER
PERSON OR ENTITY ARISING OUT OF THIS PROGRAM, USE OF AN NEB PRODUCT OR
ENROLLMENT ITEM, NEB’S PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS
RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT NEB IS
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME,
OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OR OTHER FINANCIAL
LOSS. Any dispute arising out of this program will be governed by the
laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for its conflicts of
law provisions. The use of any NEB product may require you to obtain additional
third-party intellectual property rights for certain applications. This content
is covered by patents, trademarks and/or copyrights owned or controlled by NEB.
