How Many Questions Does NEB^® Tech Support Receive Each Year?

New England BioLabs in the U.S., receives over 20,000 questions a year, currently. And the numbers continue going up.

Jeremy Foster, PhD:
I provide technical support, not just by the telephone to our domestic customers, but I also provide tech support usually by email to some international customers, notably from Israel. So in a typical year, I probably handle somewhere around 200 questions.

We also have a network of subsidiaries and they also have their own technical teams and they received an additional few thousand questions a year.
