The best way that we can address your questions is if you approach us directly by either giving us a call, or sending an email with your question to info@neb.com, or filling out the technical support form that we have on our website. After you do that, we'll engage in a conversation, if needed, with you to get more details and we'll be able to address your concerns or issues or questions.
