Validate the Library - NEBNext Multiplex Small RNA Sample Prep Set for Illumina (For use with NEB #E7300, #E7330, and #E7580)
- Load 1 μl of the size selected purified library on a 2100 Bioanalyzer using a DNA 1000 or High Sensitivity DNA chip according to the manufacturer's instructions (Figure 5).
- Check the size, purity, and concentration of the sample.
