Quick Tip - NEBNEXT® Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep Bead Reconstitution Buffer Temperature

Learn why it is important that the Bead Reconstitution Buffer in be at room temperature for use.

Script

When working with the NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep Kit or Module, remember to take out the bead reconstitution buffer 30 minutes prior to cleanup, since it must be at room temperature prior to use for maximum efficiency. Also, be sure to QC your cleaned-up cDNA on a Bioanalyzer or similar instrument. This is a typical cDNA trace that you should expect from high quality RNA. You should see a high molecular weight cDNA peak, if you started with high quality RNA. Remember if you have any more questions, you can always reach us at info@neb.com.
