Learn why vortexing the NEBNext Single Cell RT Buffer is so important.

It is important that the RT buffer provided in the NEBNext Single Cell/ Low input RNA library prep kit and module remains a homogeneous solution. This means that this buffer needs to be vortexed well prior to each use for optimal reverse transcription efficiency.
