Yes, the NEBNext® Primers for Epigenetics are compatible with single-read sequencing. Please refer to Illumina’s Indexed Sequencing Overview Guide (current version) for details on dual indexed sequencing workflows on a single-read flow cell or a paired-end flow cell.
