No. The histones are sold in solution at 1 mg per ml in 20mM NaPO4 (pH 7.0), 0.3M NaCl, 1mM EDTA. The storage buffer for M2503S Histone H3.1, M2506S Histone H3.2 and M2507S Histone H3.3 also contain 1mM DTT since these histones have one or more cysteine residues.
