Library Preparation for Ultima Genomics
The Ultima Genomics® UG 100 and UG 200 are high-output genome sequencer for cost-effective and highly accurate massively parallel sequencing. NEBNext® reagents enable high-quality and streamlined next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, and they've been successfully used with Ultima Genomics sequencers.
NEBNext reagents are recommended for a variety of Ultima Genomics sequencing applications, including whole-methylome profiling using Enzymatic Methyl-sequencing (EM-seq™), enzymatic fragmentation using NEBNext UltraShear™, and NEBNext Ultra™ II DNA and RNA for whole-genome and whole-transcriptome applications.
Developed in collaboration with Ultima Genomics to support users of both the UG 100 and UG200, the NEBNext® Library Quant Kit for Ultima Genomics (NEB #E3410) offers accurate and streamlined qPCR-based quantitation of NGS libraries for use prior to sequencing. The NEBNext Library Quant Kit for Ultima Genomics includes five pre-diluted standards and primers, requiring a single extension time for all Solaris Free-compatible libraries, regardless of library size. The ROX-free workflow includes a visible tracking dye for ease of reaction setup, while workflow steps have been optimized for automation compatibility. NEBioCalculator.neb.com is a helpful tool to easily guide calculation of quant values.
