Monarch DNase I, Lyophilized (NEB #T2104) is a lyophilized form of DNase I (RNase-free) (NEB #M0303). It is stable at room temperature prior to rehydration. Both are RNase-free formulations and follow the same measurement for unit activity . DNase I (RNase-free) (NEB #M0303) is supplied as a solution of 2,000 U/ml, and Monarch DNase I, Lyophilized (NEB #T2104) is supplied as a dry cake containing 2,200 U of DNase.
