Effect of Various Temperatures on Nicking Endonucleases

The following table indicates relative activity of nicking enzymes at different temperatures. Recommended incubation is noted (and normalized at 3-stars) and relative activity to that is indicated by the number of stars. When possible, NEB has chosen 37°C as the recommended temperature for its convenience, even if increased activity could be seen at an alternative temperature. For more information on nicking enzymes, please visit Nicking Endonucleases from NEB.
