2026 Monarch Giveaway Offer (“Monarch Offer) Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont who, at the time of participation, are at least twenty-one (21) years old, and who are life science professionals. Healthcare professionals may not participate in this promotion. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of New England Biolabs, Inc. (“NEB”), or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and their immediate family and their household members may not participate in the promotion. Subject to the Entry terms, eligible participants (“Participant(s)”) must either purchase or request a sample of any Monarch® Kit to receive the Promotional Item (defined herein). Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and NEB’s decisions, which are final and binding, in all matters related to the promotion. Receiving a Promotional Item is contingent upon Participant’s fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein.
By participating, Participant represents that Participant is not prohibited by law, regulation, contract, policy, or employment from participating in this promotion and, as applicable, from receiving the Promotional Item from NEB. A federal government employee is subject to the Office of Govt Ethics (OGE) regs at 5 C.F.R. 2635.201-206 (Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch) and may be subject to additional agency-specific supplemental regulations, which Participant should refer to prior to participation in the promotion and which may prohibit Participant from receiving a Promotional Item. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. This promotion is void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, local law or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply. Determination of eligibility and validity of Participant participation, registration and/or receipt of the Promotional Item is at NEB’s’ sole discretion.
DURATION: This promotion begins on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time or until Promotional Items are depleted, whichever comes first.
ENTRY: At NEB onsite events which are supporting this promotion, to enter, Participants must either:
(1) NEB Onsite Event- While attending the NEB onsite event, purchase, through an NEB Direct Order Placement Channel*, or request a sample of any Monarch Kit, and then provide proof of purchase or proof of sample request to NEB’s representative at the onsite event.
(2) After an NEB Offsite Event- After having attended the NEB onsite event, purchase, through an NEB Direct Order Placement Channel*, or request a sample of any Monarch Kit, and then provide proof of purchase or proof of sample request, along with details about the NEB offsite event attended, to the NEB representative who was at the onsite event via email.
*NEB’s Direct Order Placement Channels include: (i) phone at (800) 632-5227, (ii) electronic mail at neborders@neb.com, (iii) online at www.neb.com, (iv) integrated eCommerce purchase platforms and (v) NEB managed freezer programs. For clarity, NEB’s Direct Order Channels do not include product purchases made through any third party resellers/distributors or ecommerce platforms which are not directly integrated with NEB.
PROMOTIONAL ITEM: Each Participant who enters the promotion per the Entry terms will receive one (1) NEB branded promotional item with an approximate value of $25 USD (“Promotional Item”). There is a limit of one Promotional Item per Participant. All non-stated features of the Promotional Item are at NEB’s sole discretion and subject to availability. Promotional Items may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. NEB reserves the right to substitute a Promotional Item, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater value. For entry at NEB onsite events, NEB will provide the Promotional Item directly to the Participant at the onsite event. For entry after an NEB onsite event, NEB will mail the Promotional Item to the Participant at the mailing address provided by the Participant to the NEB representative.
OTHER TERMS & DISCLAIMERS: NEB reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. NEB reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to extend the duration of the promotion or to cancel the promotion. IN NO EVENT WILL NEB BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY STATUTE OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, MULTIPLE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, USE OF AN NEB PRODUCT OR PROMOTIONAL ITEM, NEB’S PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THE PROMOTION, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT NEB IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS. Any dispute arising out of this promotion will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for its conflicts of law provisions. Products and content are covered by one or more patents, trademarks and/or copyrights owned or controlled by NEB. The use of trademark symbols does not necessarily indicate that the name is trademarked in the country where it is being read; it indicates where the content was originally developed. The use of any product may require you to obtain additional third-party intellectual property rights for certain applications.
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, ANY PROMOTIONAL ITEM, OR ANY NEB PRODUCT WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE.
