FAQ: Is my master mix / PCR buffer compatible with the Exo-CIP Rapid PCR Cleanup Mix (NEB #M1058)?

No buffer change or additives are required. The Exo-CIP Rapid PCR Cleanup Mix is compatible with the master mixes and buffers listed below. Routine buffers supplied with typical Taq-based products from many vendors are also expected to be compatible. If interference is observed (for example, from PCR enhancers), dilute the final PCR product with an equal volume of nuclease-free water before performing Exo-CIP cleanup.
