Quick Tips - What do I do if my master mix has a precipitate?

A common question is what do I do if my q5 PCR master mix has a precipitate in it.

If your master mix has a precipitate in it, you can simply take it out and put it at room temperature. Every 10 to 15 minutes you can invert the tube several times until the precipitate goes back into solution.
