Yes, we have carried out comparative experiments with PacBio SMRTbell libraries prepared with DNA from cells (HEK293), blood (porcine), bacteria (E. coli) and tissue samples (mouse kidney). In barcoded runs, all sequencing metrics were very similar. Libraries prepped with Monarch-purified HMW DNA have been run with excellent metrics on the Sequel I and the Sequel II. The DNA performed well in traditional and HiFi sequencing runs.
