Protocol for Topoisomerase I (E. coli) (M0301)
1) Reaction Set up:
| DNA | Up to 1 µg |
| 10X rCutSmart™ Buffer | 5 µl |
| Topoisomerase I | 1 µl (5 units) |
| Nuclease-free water | Up to 50 µl |
2) Incubate at 37°C for 15 minutes.

- The buffer is supplied with the reagent.
