NEB is open from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 8:00 PM EST will be shipped for next business day delivery. Web orders should be placed by 7:30 PM EST to allow time for processing. After 7:30 PM, for guaranteed next day delivery, please place your order with Customer Support at 1-800-632-5227.
