The Quick-Load DNA Marker, Broad Range is supplied with the Phusion™ High-Fidelity PCR Kit (NEB #E0553) and described in the product manual and below.
It is a mix of HindIII digest of Lambda DNA and HaeIII digest of ΦX174 DNA. It is supplied in 3.3 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 11 mM EDTA, 2.5% Ficoll 400, 0.017% SDS and 0.015% bromophenol blue. Recommended usage is 10 µl (1 µg) per gel lane.
