FAQ: Does the NEBNext UltraExpress® RNA Library Prep Kit include poly(A) mRNA isolation or rRNA Depletion reagents?
No. For poly(A) mRNA isolation, we recommend the NEBNext® Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (NEB #E7490). For rRNA Depletion, we recommend any of our RNA depletion kits (e.g., NEBNext rRNA Depletion Kit v2 (Human/Mouse/Rat)) (NEB #E7400/E7405).
