For recommendations on pooling samples, see Chapter 3 in the NEBNext Direct manual and “Index Pooling Guidelines” in the “Usage Guidelines” tab of the NEBNext Direct Product page. Alternatively, up to 120 unique barcodes can be combined and are available for the NEBNext Direct Panel, L size for 24-plex and X size for 96-plex.
