FAQ: Can I use LunaScript® cDNA products directly in qPCR? How much can I use for detection in a qPCR reaction?
The cDNA product can be directly used in qPCR reaction. In general, we recommend 1 μl cDNA product in a 20 μl qPCR detection. When useful, up to 20% qPCR volume can be undiluted cDNA product (e.g. 4 μl cDNA product in a 20 μl qPCR reaction).
