Bst 3.0 DNA Polymerase extends all the improved properties of using Bst 2.0 DNA Polymerase. Bst 3.0 provides the fastest amplification times for diagnostic methods such as LAMP, and is significantly more tolerant of amplification inhibitors and is the recommended enzyme for impure samples or direct detection. If using an RNA target, Bst 3.0 should be used as it has the highest level of reverse transciptase activity and can perform single-enzyme RT-LAMP.
