Yes, failure to vortex NEBNext UltraShear LR Enzyme Mix may produce variable results. However, we do not recommend vortexing any reaction containing gDNA samples. We suggest pipette mixing the NEBNext UltraShear Long Read reaction when combined with gDNA samples.
