FAQ: Why were the recommendations in the NEBNext Low-bias Small RNA Library Prep Kit Manual for the Excess Adaptor Removal step changed?

Following customer feedback and additional internal testing, we showed improved data quality by shortening the incubation time for all inputs and also by diluting the enzyme for low inputs at the Excess Adaptor Removal step. We recommend that all inputs and sample types switch to the conditions in the new version of the manual (Version 2.0).
