Get to know the NEB Team: Julie Dwyer

Hi, my name's Julie. I am the Operations and Marketing Manager for New England Biolabs in Australia and New Zealand, and I've been with NEB for four years. What I find most rewarding about working for NEB is delivering good news to customers. So whether that's someone who's called up on the phone and they want a product and they want it now, and I can tell them that it's in stock, we're going to get it to you tomorrow and you can get on with your experiments, or whether it's at a trade show booth and they've entered our raffle and I get to let them know they won our cool NEB swag, or calling them on the phone to let them know they won our raffle for $5,000 worth of reagents.

NEB supports my career development by providing local training in Australia, but also the opportunity to travel overseas. So I've been to both technical training meetings as well as global marketing meeting, and it's been a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know people on a one-on-one basis.
