Get to know the NEB Team: Hannah Winpenny

I am Hannah Winpenny, I am an Analytics and Search Specialist here at NEB, and I've been here a little under a year.

What I love most about NEB is how much the company and community genuinely care. I feel like in every decision that's made, they consider the impact on the employees, the customers, and even on the environment. I truly feel like NEB doesn't just try to meet the baseline, but goes above and beyond to have a positive and lasting impact on people's lives.

As an Analytics and Search Specialist, I help to improve the customer experience through the use of data. So I get to help drive the marketing roadmap, for example, making improvements to the website, or even evaluating the ways we communicate with our customers. What's most rewarding to me is that I know that my suggestions turn into action, which then improve the customer experience even more with NEB.
