FAQ: Why does the Low Range ssRNA Ladder not look as expected?

Having extra bands on a denaturing gel is an indication that the too much ladder was loaded into the gel lane and/or the ladder was not denatured as recommended.

After adding 2µL of Low Range ssRNA Ladder to 38µL of RNA Loading Dye, (2X), you must incubate this mixture at 70˚C for 10 minutes.
