Usage guidelines for reagents included in the NEBNext® Companion Module for Oxford Nanopore Technologies® Direct RNA Sequencing (NEB #E3440)

This module contains reagents for use with the Oxford Nanopore Technologies Direct RNA Sequencing Kit (SQK-RNA004) for non-barcoded direct RNA library preparation.

Follow the appropriate device-specific SQK-RNA004 protocol available from Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

When using this module:

  1. Use only RNase-free tubes and tips and maintain RNase-free technique throughout.
  2. Thaw all reagents on ice.
  3. Mix reagents thoroughly by flicking and inverting tubes before use.
