NEBridge SplitSet® Lite API

NEB's NEBridge SplitSet® Lite API allows programmatic access under our Terms of Service to the NEBridge SplitSet Lite application for incorporation in automated high throughput assembly workflows. The API is intended for use in identifying an optimal set of overhangs for NEBridge Golden Gate Assembly near specified breakpoints in a target sequence using Data-Optimized Assembly Design as described in our publication “Enabling one-pot Golden Gate assemblies of unprecedented complexity using data-optimized assembly design." It generates PCR primers for amplification of the component fragments with Type IIS restriction enzyme sites incorporated in the PCR primer tails.
