Quinnipiac University Hosted 2026 New England Biolabs^® Molecular Biology Summer Workshop - Quinnipiac Today

The New England Biolabs^® (NEB^®) Molecular Biology Summer Workshop was hosted at Quinnipiac University, supporting participants from across the world from July 19 to August 1. Quinnipiac Assistant Professor of Biology Nils Pilotte directed the workshop.

The two-week, hands-on intensive at Quinnipiac’s Mount Carmel Campus was the beginning of a new partnership between NEB and Quinnipiac after over 40 years of hosting the program at a different university.

Participants came from a range of professional and academic backgrounds, including engineering, education, law, and medicine. By fostering collaboration and incorporating the newest molecular biology technologies available, the workshop teaches skills that are transferable to different areas of research and study.
