Overhang Optimizer allows users to identify high-fidelity sets of overhangs that are predicted to yield correctly ligated products in Golden Gate Assembly reactions. This package includes overhang optimizer software for the modules “GetSet” and “SplitSet” to support the use of Data-optimized Assembly Design as described in the publication “Enabling one-pot Golden Gate assemblies of unprecedented complexity using data-optimized assembly design." We are making the code behind the tool available to allow its utility to be further developed by the synthetic biology research community.
