Use a strong magnet to ensure efficient separation of magnetic beads. When removing the supernatant, take care not to disturb the bead pellet. If the pellet is accidentally disrupted, repeat the magnetic separation step to allow the beads to fully re-aggregate before proceeding with supernatant removal.
