No, Monarch Buffer B1 is not supplied with Monarch RNase A. Monarch RNase A (NEB #T3018) is available for purchase separately. Monarch Buffer B1 requires addition of Monarch RNase A for plasmid miniprep applications. Refer to appropriate buffer preparation instructions for your specific workflow before use.
