FAQ: I notice some residue on the tube walls during manual processing when using the Monarch® Mag Cell-free RNA (cfRNA) Extraction Kit (NEB #T4080). What can I do to remedy this?

Depending on the sample properties, you may observe some brownish residue on the sides of the tube walls, but this does not affect performance. We recommend transferring the sample to a new tube at the final wash step and proceeding with the remaining steps.
