NEBNext End Repair cDNA Library (E6114)

Protocol

  • Mix the following components in a sterile microfuge tube: 

    Purified double stranded cDNA:   50 μl 
    NEBNext End Repair Reaction Buffer (10X):   20 μl 
    NEBNext End Repair Enzyme Mix:   10 μl 
    Nuclease-Free Water:   120 μl 
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    total volume:   200 μl
  • Incubate in a thermal cycler for 30 minutes at 20°C.
  • Purify DNA sample on one column.
