To set up no-RT controls, take an aliquot of the M3019 and incubate at 95C for 5 minutes This step will inactivate the Luna WarmStart Reverse Transcriptase and the thermolabile UDG. Then use the treated M3019 to set up the no-RT control reactions and perform the same cycling conditions as other samples. Positive Cq values above 40 indicate possible DNA contamination.
