FAQ: Why doesn’t the new T4 RNA Ligase reaction buffer contain ATP?
To allow customers more flexibility in the use of this product we now provide 10 mM ATP and 50% PEG8000 solutions as separate components from the enzyme buffer. The T4 RNA Ligase Reaction Buffer (NEB #B0216) is also compatible with T4 RNA Ligase 2, truncated (NEB #M0242) and T4 RNA Ligase 2, truncated K227Q (NEB #M0351).
