New England Biolabs offers cloning vectors for a variety of applications, including protein expression and affinity purification (pMAL and IMPACT vectors), bidirectional in vitro transcription for RNAi (LITMUS vectors), and transposon-mediated insertion/mutagenesis (GPS vectors). Also available are pre-linearized vectors (pNEB206a and LITMUS U) for cloning PCR products with the USER Friendly Cloning Kit. Additional vectors include pUC19 and pBR322, as well as bacteriophage lambda, M13 and Φ174 vectors.
